Strength and Conditioning Pathway KS1 – KS5

The developed skills are transferable, focusing on the fundamentals which underpin sport and performance.

The sessions are periodised, to have focus. They are varied and task focused to increase engagement. They are progressive, to encourage growth. They are difficult, to promote change.
